I want to work remotely, but am needing ideas for what to put on my resume. I’ve been an RN for 15 years and have worked mainly in hospitals: med surg, and some work in LTC, SNF, ALF, hospice. I have offers from JPMC ie 27.5 LPA and Cognizant ie 29lpa ( 70k variable ) + 1.75 lacs JB.
Also, I am having Betsol in pipeline for 32 + some JB.

Which one should I choose?

Wipro33lpa (5lpa variable) , 1.5lakhs deferred bonus shall be added to CTCafter completion of a year.WFH for now hv confirmed with HR after wfo policy issued .
BT 32 lpa fixed + 10percent variable on top of it + gratuity + employer contribution to PF on top of it.
Current org 23.5lpa fixed+ 2.5 variable + 1.5 lakh emp cntbn to PF + gratuity etc
Based out in noida currently shall have to travel to gurgaon for BT.
Current org (diff DU)saying to stay backandndshall matchtheoffer.kindly suggest

According to you which one is better:

1. Look for 10 offers from service based company where no assurance for WLB with same hike/offer
2. Look for that 1 offer from good product based organization with same hike/offer where WLB is good.

I am with 3 yoe with 7.4 lpa and some of by friend in MNC/ top company with same yoe but package is 10lpa so if now I switched i can get 13-14lpa but that my friend if switched they will easily get 17-18lpa with same experience and skills . Only base salary matter.
Any have any comments on this or will I also get same package like them in counter ??

I have an offer letter from Barclays which cannot be downloaded from their portal (only fixed CTC mentioned in offer)also as per hr discussion she said I will get a 20 per cent bonus every year in March but it is not mentioned in the offer letter. How am I able to trust them with this?
There is no component provided as performance pay in the offer letter.
