It is different from Google india.
1. They have 80% operations work so managers are kind of non tech. Their metrics are more like a BPO.
That impacts the culture.
2. Initial compensation depends on your negotiation but later you will get a double digit hike.
3. Promotion is rare since hierarchy is like senior associate, specialist, TL , manager . 70% people are senior associates then 20% specialist and rest above levels.
4. You will get free food, free cab.
5. Your tech stack will only be on google tools which are not used in the market. That may impact your future employability since you will not be a real googler.
6. They track your system using manual auxes and then compare it with automatic tracking and both should match within 5% range. This is the worst KPI i have seen here.
7. Managers are mostly from Accenture and if you are really good they won't be so happy about it. Since you may challenge your future manager in growth. These things can go very political . They will always downplay your abilities even if you are a top performer.
8. Company culture is not so good.
