I have 7 years experience as a QA engineer in networking domains,to be specific to WiFi/WLAN testing.
I started my career with a 6LPA package,after gaining 2.7 years experience,
Switched to Second company for 9.5LPA .
Switched to a 3rd company (currently working here) which is my dream company for 18.5LPA with a total experience of 5.11 years.
Though I'm happy with my work and company culture, I am not completely satisfied with the current 18.5LPA salary. I always have a feeling I'm underpaid.

I had an interview with Stryker last week. I thought it went well. Today I was supposed to have an interview with someone else. No one ever sent me the teams link to join. Here I am so frustrated I didn’t look for the link earlier in the day but even more frustrated the HR rep fumbled on her end. This company is something I was really looking forward to being a part of and I am soooo bummed. When researching what employees have said about working there 97% are happy! I want that!

I have completed the PDM on 27th September and submitted my Back Ground Verification form on 5th October.
Since then there is no response from HR end regarding offer letter, try to connect her through mail and call multiple times.

1. How much time IBM take to release offer letter? It is almost a month after having PDM round

2. Is there any possibility of not sending offer letter even after initiation of BGV process ? Should i look outside as 25 days passed already.

If i have a petition but position in current project for US existing , and project manager isn't releasing me from my current projext either . I have other offers from other companies , is there any way this petition can be transferred there to new company if i go there
