I’ve been working for the same company for over 7 years— I believe they have improperly categorized my coworkers and me as contractors. We are supervised, have regular hours, daily meetings, we’re expects to be working Monday through Friday, our work (editing and writing) is essential to the operation’s purpose. They don’t pay any social security or unemployment. After complaining they have said they’d agree to make us employees, but with a pay cut. What should I do?

Wwyd? One of my girl friends uses photos that are heavily edited on a dating app to where they don’t reflect what she looks like in real life. Shes a plus sized gal, & the pictures don’t reflect her plus size. She has had guys leave upon seeing her on the first date because of this. I got an offer from IBM earlier they didn't discuss the salary and directly sent the offer letter, now I have another offer which is 1.3 lacs more than the IBM's offer. Will IBM counter that offer and provide matching or slightly more than what I received from the other firm?
