I am a bit skeptical to post publicly this question but no other choice...i got an offer from a company for 21 lpa with 2 l JB ...i was happy with it and didn't try other companies as well... recently just before one month before joining date they revised my offer and gave 29 lpa and received a mail to re accept offer...no hr discussion ... I didn't initiate any re negotiation...so i am surprised how is it possible? Any of u had or heard about such experiences?

TCS - 17.5 LPA with 10% variable
Fiserv - 16 LPA fixed
Wipro - 15.5 LPA with 7% variable

Role - Mainframe senior developer

More or less Inhand salary is same for Fiserv and TCS. Which company to prefer.
