I have attended a TCS interview and cleared the HR discussion too. I was asked to upload the required documents and verified too. It's been a month since I received an update. I have called up HR and he said the requirement is frozen. Can I still expect an offer letter or they stopped it.
Now I cannot apply any more jobs also in IBegin portal. It says you cannot apply, becasue the status in portal is showing evaluation is in progress

Currently 13 yoe, mba,pmp,making 122k in DC area. I am focused in Java development working in federal with TS sci ci poly. I did try Amazon didn't get it but have a couple of potential offers from fed consulting or contractors ~190k base. I know I need to get more experience in cloud and cicd to make myself more marketable. I think MS could be option but need FSP and couple of coworkers think not worth it.

How do you all take care of things outside of work? The last thing I want to do after being hyper-organized at work is figuring out my budget or retirement plan or scrubbing the bathtub or figuring out what to buy at the grocery or planning a vacation. New corporate junior associate here. How do you gauge whether you are supposed to finish an assignment over the weekend or if it can wait until Monday? If you get an assignment Friday night, do you just automatically work on it on Saturday or do you ask the partner? How do you ask them (i.e. your exact email response)?

Record billables over the year and a half have shown that associates are indefinitely more efficient working at home. I’m a lawyer based in Europe. I’m lateraling to a firm in a new jurisdiction on Monday and negotiated a decent pay increase a few months ago (new jurisdiction has significantly higher income taxes so negotiated based on a comparable net pay). My old firm has just announced it is increasing salaries by around 15% which will almost negate what I negotiated at new firm. New firm doesn’t review salaries till September. What are my options here so that I’m not out of pocket?
