How is it working in EY GDS BCM_TSD_capitalmarket division ??

I joined JPMC last year mid. I was not give any hike last year as I was told that it’s been just few months since joining. I was given a bonus though (1.5 l)

Can you guide me with what % of hikes can one expect for highest rating? Also what’s the average hike % that usually jpmc offers? Also is bonus related to the hikes % or like 2x of last bonus something?
Would bringing in an offer before appraisal affect my hikes to get better?

I had given interview in @Infosys and it went well. Then HR called for documents submission to release offer letter. But after that till no response. I followed up with infosys HR bt they didn't reverted back. Now some days ago i logged in to check candidate id and it shows rejected. Do I go back to Accenture for the counter?
Do I risk losing the Citi for the PWC?

I asked for 28 LPA but both the HR is raising budget constraints for this role.
