How is job security in IBM For 4+ experienced employees?

How realistic is it for someone to hit FIRE with a career in the back office? Particularly if they chose this route to ensure they have downtime to spend on raising a family.

Help me to choose between EPAM Systems and Tech Mahindra. EPAM - 32 LPA + 2JB , TechM - 37 LPA + 1JB

I recently joined Deloitte, with an approved 140 from my previous firm. I don’t expect my date to be current any time soon. Can I just keep extending my visa at Deloitte based on my approved 140 until my priority date becomes current?

I know it’s a risk to try to “time” the market. However, I have a quick question. Under the current market should I just wait if I could only afford around a 5% down payment in my area? Income-wise I’m good, just don’t have too much cash on hand currently. Would I be better off renting another year? (Despite paying hundreds more potentially) and saving up with my SO a juicy amount for down payment?

My background is in CIS and data analytics had 3 internships , prior to my first full time job where I leveraged the typical Tools. SQL , Tableau, excel , python etc. have my Masters in CIS with concentration is BI. First full time job was consulting at Accenture for Workday Data conversion. Now at another Big 4 doing workday Reporting and Prism. 4 YEO all consulting at good name firms. Considering exiting back into a more Data and Analytic role. So I have claimed exemptions on the following-
1) HRA
2) 5 year term deposit(fixed deposit) under Section 80C
3) Interest on education loan under Section 80E

I have also provided previous employment details.
