I'll be graduating with Masters in Bioengineering next month, I have previous experience of working in lab as RA. As I'm looking for full time opportunities, I am exploring career options other than bench scientist position. Recently I came across Technical Application Scientist position at Thermo Fisher Scientific which I am interested in and I would appreciate any insights on the experience/responsibilities, career growth and salary range for this position.

Hi,
Did epam calling employees to Pune office?
Lti has better bench policy I know people who are in bench more than 6 months also.
90 days NP. If you won't get good rating(under performer) , you can be asked to leave anytime. Here they dont have probation. So work and skillup and get ratings. If you are on bench for longer period then definitely you will have mo ratings which leads to no job se security
But in 90 days even if they terminate you.. you will surely get better opportunities.. nothing to worry be positive..
2-4 % increment, no appreciation, they just want to to earn them money by getting into project.
Correct they get just projects with very less span of time and keep pressure on everyone and ask everyone to work on weekends.
