Most of the company is having 30-60 days bench period. What about LTI ??Larsen & Toubro Infotech

Is being on bench okay for an experienced professional? I’ve, now, 3 years of experience.
2 years ETL+ 1 year Salesforce. I switched my domain and after getting trained and I’ve been on bench since last year. Is it okay?

I have joined epam one month ago and on bench since then. Couldn't clear 3 interviews for the projects. Feeling demotivated and scared. I had multiple offers with projects befor joining epam but chose epam. Should I wait or try outside now? Please advise.

I joined Pwc in nov, but since then has been on only 1 project which was just for 3 weeks. Is this a serious issue as the utilization will be low? And ideally putting bench code for all these days or should it be a mix of training and bench code. Please advice. TIA!

Joined deloitte 3 weeks ago. Got staffed to a client on first day. Was never given any kt/never attended any meetings.
After sending few follow up emails manager(specialist executive) mentioned the project will be delayed and he is looking another opportunity for me.Meanwhile on staffit I am still allocated to same client/ never received roll off email.
I am in project or out? I am charging client since first day on TDE , should I stop now?

Offered CTC: 17LPA fixed +pf+ gratuity.
