I was offered a position through a recruiter and the company is now doing a background check. I haven’t received a written offer letter or started any paperwork.

After receiving the offer I turned down a final interview with another company. I’ve also been invited to another interview with someone else.

I don’t feel comfortable continuously turning down interviews if I don’t have a written offer or started any paperwork. I want to email HR about the process but what should I say?

Currently live in a bedroom with the only fire escape for the apt. Do I 1 break the rules and get a window AC unit anyways or 2 does anyone have any amazing fan recommendations?

Biggest pet peeve in the office? I’ll go first. I’m really sensitive to scents so I hate when people eat lunch at their desk. It’s even worse if I’m a new employee, cuz it’s like, are you on lunch or are you working?? Can I ask you a question or not? I always take my lunches away from my desk and other people who didn’t volunteer to smell it. Anyway though. What bugs you?

I am working as a Design verification engineer and 4 years experienced.

1) Nvidia 25l base + 7 sign on bonus + 60l of stock bonus(vesting 1/4 per year)

2) Marvell 30l base + 14l sign on bonus + 30l of stock bonus (1/4 per year)

Both companies are good in WLB and projects.

Comparatively NVIDIA is top in industry and projects will be better than Marvell. And Marvell is seems to be better in WLB than Nvidia.
