It’s a lot of back office work that is very frustrating and stressful. Have experience of Individual tax (US) for a little over 2 years and an EA. Also, does the pay scale vary?

Again that manager is asking me to apply the Project code when I am on leave and he wants me to apply those 2 days leave when I was on bench in Myte. My leaves would be saved but when I said pls give a written note on mail so that I won't be in any trouble since I am applying Project code in myte when I am on leave..he refused for any email confirmation.He said let's not move forward.I will inform the Onshore project manager on this.I don't know what to do.
