Hey all, looking to move to EY as a Senior Consultant in the Finance Transformation practice. Could anyone help me understand what’s the salary range for this role? Or more generally, the ranges for different Senior Consultant roles in the firm? Thanks for your help.
Which one is a better choice?
YOE - 4.4 Years
Skill - QA Engineer
1. Oracle India - 18.2 LPA fixed
2. Amadeus Labs - 17 LPA fixed + 1.5 variable + 75k joining bonus.
I want to join Oracle for its brand, but Amadeus on the whole provides better benefits than Oracle like transportation, food facilities and better hikes. Is it true hikes in Oracle are terrible?
And how is the job security in Amadeus?
My least favorite part about this job is how so much of it is pestering people and then getting scolded because I didn’t follow up with a specialist a 4th and 5th time while we’re still waiting for comments. I’m generally fine with the project management aspect of deal work, but I don’t know how to make a senior counsel or partner actually do their job or respond to me. Also, since I know this response is coming: I call too.
Can I negotiate with infosys if I receive higher compensation package from another organization after infosys

Received an offer from Deloitte as a consultant at $115k, $10k sign on bonus, 12% annual bonus. About 6.5 yrs out of college working full time as a consultant since. This is at best a flat move both in role and comp. recruiter said that pay, sign on, and target bonus are max and there is no room to negotiate up…Essentially take it or leave it. Does that sound accurate? Should I ask to come in at senior consultant?
Anyone here familiar with the hiring process of KPMG consulting in Van? Had a partner interview on Nov 21, thought the feedback was positive but haven't heard back yet (no rejection/offer). Is it something normal or the interview just didn't go as well as I thought?
It's an experienced hire for an SC role. I saw the posting is still open atm, and my guess is that the recruiting team is comparing candidates since competition is higher due to recent layoffs.
Thanks in advance!

Female corporate banker here, approaching year 3 as an analyst. Very top heavy team, but bank won’t promote juniors. Pay raises and larger bonuses keep coming, although I do think it is time to leave the firm. Loving the aspect of relationship management in Corporate Banking, but also thinking about heading into Investment Management. Any advice (either long term in Corp. Banking or on making the switch)?

Hi all, I’m a Manager of Leadership Development, fully remote, at $85K. I have a handful of direct reports, and one of them albeit has more experience than me, came on at $83K!! My company has 20k+ employees, my team supports 5,000+. 5 people in my department have left in June alone for higher paying roles! My boss is considering moving 5 more people under me. I like what I do but I feel like I’m really underpaid. What are others making in the Learning & Development/Talent Development space?
So I know a male colleague was 100% kidding, but when I apologized for something totally unrelated (I know I’m still working on it.). He was like well “Sack up” and I’m slightly offended. Should I be?

How should I deal with an overly ambitious AAE who says yes to everything/creates extremely aggressive timelines?
I have to chew everything she bites off, and I'm tired of it.
I have overall 3 years of post grad experience but 2 years of AE experience. Is it unrealistic to apply for Senior AE roles? How about Account Supervisor?
Had 2 amazing interviews with small agency, jived with leadership & they said I would be a great fit. Before making hire decision, they want me to get drinks with whole agency. Normal? Good sign?
Okay account peeps, how do you handle a client who is not tech savvy, who is condescending on calls, tells you you are not being very helpful and to speak English when you use the word data?
In need of advice: How do I get my boss more involved and/or to help out? I’ve voiced that I’m downing, I’ve asked if they could take point on overseeing certain aspects of the projects, but has gone nowhere. I’m also not the only one that sees the AD’s absence or noting being involved/engaged.
Any tips on introducing new processes or software to a large legacy account? Im at a pretty big agency and its very clear we need software to help with project management and reviewing work internally
Does anyone here work at Twitter? Would love to hear your take on working there, company culture, and work/life balance.
What is the typical number of accounts you’re personally working on/managing at your agency at any given time?
I am not sure if agency life is for me. I have been in my role for a year now (I am somewhat fresh out of college..graduated in 2020). I feel like I am making mistakes all the time and can’t do anything right. I am stressed out a lot and there are often a lot of weeks where just break down and cry. Am I burnt out or is the adworld just not for me?
What can you do when your director (and only manager) is extremely unprofessional, absent and avoids communicating at all costs?
How much does an AAE make in LA? Recent grad with good intership experience. My friend is planning to move there after graduation
I'm considering switching from a low-touch, high-volume portfolio of brands to a very engaged role with a small amount of brands at my agency. I love the freedom of my current role (very few number of calls with individual brands, but hundreds of initial touch point calls), but the standard role in my industry (affiliate marketing) involves ongoing calls with a small group of brands.
What do you talk about with clients who you have to speak with weekly? How do you come up with new rev opps?
Is it common to not have a process workflow for services your agency sells? For example, we’ve sold geofencing, strategy, and website build services without any documentation on how they should be executed so I had to start from scratch and figure out what happens, who is involved, when, and estimate how long it will take. I like project mgmt but I’m getting burned out from having to determine processes and feel like we should have something in place before we sell it. Is this common?
Droga is long known to make everyone sign an NDA and then uses them to make people resign vs being laid off. Will this shady policy change now that presidential candidates are talking about this?
