Read a lot of negative reviews but they were mostly from the candidates whose third party payroll company was Collabera. I got below offers from Optum & Herjavec Group.

Herjavec group- 11 L fixed + 1 L VP and exposure to work on IAM tool Sailpoint

Optum - 11.7 L fixed + 1.75 L VP + 50k JB with no exposure to any IAM tool, just basic User access management work

Which one should i join, please help ?
