Former SM at D now at SAP.

Hi SAP my WLB at SAP is great. But I’ve spent 20 years in SAP Consulting for different firms, travelled every week, and barely spent any time with wife and kids. I’ve decided to switch gears and enjoy a better life instead of being stressed out 24*7.
In the recent past, a lot of leaders have moved out. Existing resources have been given retention bonus. IMO - Good opportunity for you to learn in a fast paced environment. That’s what consulting is all about. As long as you are prepared to work hard, it will shape your career in the next 2+ years. If you expect a cozy 9-5 work environment, this place is not for you. Good luck !
