The folks are Amex are flexible in terms of deadlines and timelines- so WLB isn’t something to worry about.
I enjoy working with them.
The only annoying part is the timings.
You have to work during the US hours. I’ve got meetings scheduled at 12.30 AM on rare occasions. I’ve got calls/meetings scheduled between 6pm to 10 pm almost everyday.

I’m not sure how much product owners are paid at AmEx but I’m pretty sure they’re paid way more than the folks here in TCS.
If poss, ask for a hike or find any way to get a hike here at TCS.
