KPMG I cleared all the rounds of my interview with KPMG and was asked to provide necessary documents and fill a CAF form a week back and had a HR discussion too. I have requested for about 3Lakhs additional fixed pay since my current CTC has increased and HR said she will get back on this. It's been a week and haven't heard back on the offer letter. How long do you think I should wait. Please wait.

I feel like the increased attrition is a byproduct of last year's awful job market and lack of raises/bonuses. Will probably level out next year
Average turnover is about 20% across consultancies. That's consistent across the firms I've been at. Some periods are exceptionally high, others are low.

And by “sky rocketed attrition”, you mean what exactly? And what are you comparing it to?

According to the 2018 Mercer US Turnover Survey, U.S. attrition in high-tech was 20.9%. So even at 17-18%, ACN is below pre-Covid attrition rates. Considering there was minimal voluntary attrition in 2020, seeing an increase in attrition in 2021 is not a surprise.

Salaries are up 10-30% post covid. Lots of people testing the market right now.
