Crossposted. Looking for advice. I’ve got 10+ years as an attorney and have been trying to go in house for over a year. I have a generalist background (although I’m primarily a litigator) and was a partner at an Amlaw 100 firm. I’ve had my resume reviewed and keep getting great feedback. Not getting many interviews and when I do, I’m not getting offers despite positive interviews. How do I differentiate myself? Should I get some sort of certification or specialty?
