Hi, I am currently interviewing for the abuse analyst role in a Trust and Safety team at Google. I have had 3 rounds done and a 4th (RRK) is scheduled. I'm not sure if the previous rounds were entirely RRK/GCA/Leadership as questions asked were mixed. I have been conveyed though that my feedback so far, is pretty neutral / avg hence a 4th round which will be entirely RRK.

So, my question to y'all:
For an analyst role, what's the best way to prep for RRK? Is live coding in SQL asked?

I'm currently in the offer stages for two senior manager strategy roles at VISA. The recruiter said that there is a chance to "earn equity" with good performance but didn't say how or how much it would be?

What is the avg equity "earned" at a senior manager role?

consultant keeps making spelling mistakes on every document, including when they just need to copy and paste text directly from email instructions. when they send me work they now say “let me know if you find any spelling errors” - and while i always check work because it’s a team effort, i feel like these careless mistakes could be avoided. english isn’t their first language (nor mine), is it insensitive to ask them to double check their work? or is there any other way to handle this?

Hi! I’m just wondering about the math for RSUs. Per my offer, I have been granted 41,000 RSUs and 25% is vested after the first year of start date, and 1/16th of the grant is vested each quarter thereafter.

Does this mean 25% of 41,000 RSUs = 10,250 RSUs * Salesforce Price, is vested after year 1?

I’m sure this has been covered already, but how do you make the jump from full time to freelance? Trying to have minimal time in between gigs

I have an H1b which I received in 2019 and was valid till august2021, due to covid I wasn't able to travel and then I switched to another firm last year in November. If I get visa transfer, will it provide me a validity back as I haven't used any on site time on that visa.

Virtusa purposely gave me offer one night before LWD on the name of approvals and I didnt get time to revise other lower offers of
1. Wipro - 15 lpa (13.5 lac fix + 1.5 lac var)
2. TCS - 18 lpa (16.2 fix + 1.8 var)
3. UBS - 18 lpa fix (No var).. not considered due to support proj

I asked 22 fixed to Virtusa but they gave 20 without seeing my offers, did I make good choice overall?
