I joined MS Bangalore office last month. In my offer letter it is mentioned that I'll get 2.5 lakh (gross up) one time relocation allowance. Can anyone tell me, when can i expect that money to be credited in my bank account ? I have already received my 1st month salary along with all other allowances.

Basics:
Legal assistant for 20 years (I’m under 40yrs old). I’ve been at my current company (big law) for almost 5 years. Just had my review and I was placed in the top tier category in the review process. I switched from Big 4 to a mid-sized firm a few months ago. The sole reason was for for a good pay raise. However, I'm not loving the new job as much, because of lack of resources, outdated technology, and work opportunities are not what I thought. Is it crazy to go back to my old firm? I really liked my coworkers there, and could perhaps ask for a better raise since I left. I maintained good relationships with my old team. Is it bad to leave after only a few months?
