I have an offer from Amazon for 6lpa and another from oracle for 13lpa.i already accepted offer at Amazon

And I am really looking forward to join Amazon..but the salary difference bothers me.

Would it be advisable for me to ask for salary restructure at amazon.?? If I do would the take back the offer??

Hi in TCS, i know the client doesn't have billing as they recently shuffled a more experienced resource with a less experienced resource saying it was due to low billing. But they are saying they will give me long term onsite? Even clients wants me there but there is a routine that client will offer three months onsite for all employees in that project. Apart from that I don't think there is long term opportunity, do you think tcs can negotiate with client for one onsite position? In NP now

Deloitte onboarding E-mail says , it background verification is not complete by target start date , they can postpone the date last minute.
I have 14th march as a start date and I don’t know my background verification status.
I emailed BIONBoarding but no response.
How am I supposed to give notice to my current employer without knowing BGC status ?
Please advise if someone faced this situation.
