First company: 3 years
Second company: 8 months
Third company: 9 months completed will complete 1 year including notice period (3 months)

My current company manager was convincing to stay back saying HRs will ask you the reason.
Although the company I will be joining didn't ask me a single question for my frequent switching.

Although planning to stay atleast 2 years in my fourth company.
