How is the job market right now? Is it a good time to switch. I cannot afford to lose a job, I mean most of us can't. For a long time there has been layoffs going on, it always creates fear. Recession, layoffs etc. There will be election in USA in November and UK economy is also going down. Most of the projects in India are from USA, UK, EU. What are your views on this?
