WLB is awesome! Their campus/HQ is super fun. Interned there two summers and almost all my intern friends actually decided to go full time and are loving it. Pay? It’s average. Most college grads come in around 75k if non tech related role. Though, I think coming from consulting firm you can get better pay.

All the interns worked under a director! Almost all of my friends said that their managers (directors) worked around 40hrs. My manager def worked no more than that and you can set pretty flexible hours. She’d get in around 7:30 and be out around 3:30 maybe 4. Can’t speak for pay, but I’m sure Glassdoor/blind/etc have some decent ranges.
