Is it common to not have a process workflow for services your agency sells? For example, we’ve sold geofencing, strategy, and website build services without any documentation on how they should be executed so I had to start from scratch and figure out what happens, who is involved, when, and estimate how long it will take. My 13 MO is asthmatic and has been 18 pounds for the last 6 months. My pediatrician is concerned and suggests me to give him breast milk when he wakes up at night which is atleast 4 or 5 times. We couldn’t sleep train him due to his asthma attacks when he cries continuously and I am so done pumping and feeding through the night with a full time job.
