I am currently working with Cognizant having 2.5 year of exp into HR with package 5.7 LPA. Within a year of time, I got another offer of 12 LPA but its from small company. Should I take offer or should I wait and stay with Cognizant at least a year and go for MNC or big companies only. Unable to decide.... Plz suggest something.

Is it ok to tell your boss/job that you're looking to transition to product, and tell recruiters you're looking for roles in product before you've quit your other job? Or should I wait until I get an offer before telling anyone. I don't want to lose my job or disappoint my boss but product is where I want to end up and I'm working towards that.

A partner put me in charge of a specific project that I ran independently. Things were going well. The client began asking me to do more and more, including revamping their system and internal trainings. The client even gave me a litigation matter. Suddenly, the partner became more involved. I was removed from meetings concerning the revamping, my trainings were cancelled, and he started micromanaging. He has now sidelined me from the project and trash talked me to the client. Verizon data services llc - CTC 18LPA , Fixed - 16.1LPA

YOE - 6.5 Years
CCTC - 7.2 LPA
Tech - Networking and Security

Conflicted between both as I believe Cisco has a better brand value and great company to work for. But the offer from Verizon is competitive.
