What sorts of SQL questions are typically asked in interview questions for senior data analysis jobs? Like is knowing SQL from freecodecamp enough or should I look into taking a course online?

I’ve unfortunately not gotten the chance to use SQL in my current position so I don’t feel like I have enough experience in it, but have experience in everything else (Python, tableau, storytelling, etc)

L2- on 12th Oct
Hr called on 13th Oct. Asked for details like exp ctc, yoe and np. At the end he asked some time to come with final figure. It's been 2 days. No updates after that. Also, once I told my expected ctc 7LPA for 3.2 yoe. He didn't ask for negotiations too. How long is good to wait before asking the hr.

Hey All. I had my 2nd round interviews for a Lead Solution Engineer role at Salesforce on Monday (2 days ago). It was w/ 2 separate SEs, and I thought both interviews went very well. Have yet to hear from the recruiter, though, which seems odd. Especially given how responsive the recruiter's been prior to this.

I had my interview/technical discussion for Datastage Developer Role yesterday. The Interview went kind of ok and the interviewer said she will give feedback to the HR and he will inform you for further rounds. How much time do they take for next round intimation?

People jump ship all the time to get a better pay bump. I am happy with my current company but I want a back up plan in case this "temporary busy period" becomes permanent. Any suggestions on the art to find another job when you aren't in a desperate need for one? Should I follow through with interviews and then politely decline if my circumstance improves at my current company?

I have a job offer I'm considering and everyone I've spoken to in interviews has been great. But the recruitment process itself was clunky, slow, and not applicant-friendly. Does that indicate my experience working there will be bad? Or is it more important to look at the actual content of the interviews, which was good? For context, the company is owned by an equity firm and it seems like some of the bureaucracy is coming from them.

Hey fishes, i hd applied at amex for the role of business analyst though a recruiter. After 2 rounds of interviews, the recruiter calls me and tell me that she received mail from amex that i shall keep my documents ready and I’ll be receiving a call by this week for salary negotiation. My last ctc was 6 lpa and recruiter tells me the budget for this role is 20 lpa. In expected ctc i had mentioned that my ask is of 15 lpa negotiable. Now what shall i do when I’ll have my salary negotiation round.

Is that okay to expect work from home(company is calling for full time work from office) with the medium sized company with senior profile working with US client and all other team members are from other locations. if yes, suggest me how can I make my manager agree on it. I have daily scrum at 7pm and have to strech it to sync up with them. or shall I search for options even if I have spent about 4 months.
