How is the usual work life balance of Manager and above roles in MC and SC teams of Deloitte USI, PwC AC, KPMG Global and EY GDS?

I have an upcoming phone screen for a Contracts Associate Manager position. Does anyone know anything about this position? What is the WLB like? The job description says the position is client-facing with some travel required which I was surprised by for a Contracts position. Any insight would be great!

MBB - EM’s/TL’s/PL’s how much do you work in a week? I’m honestly over the Deloitte lie that Deloitte has a better WLB hence the better pay. As a Deloitte M I spend 45-60 hours on work + BS ad hoc admin asks by Partners and SM’s

If it’s all the same in terms of WLB I would take my chances with firms that pay better

Extra Context: I’m in the Strategy (Monitor Group in Toronto) M1 pay is 145 CAD

Current offer from wipro 24 CTC b3 band( 8 YOE data analytics space, business analyst), i quoted to capgemini that i expect 30LPA, probably capgemini may finally offer me 24 to 26 ctc. I liked only wipro JD not CG.

I'm on my notice period and got an offer from a company which is the role I'm looking for. However, they've given only 1 day to respond to the offer. This company is 2nd on my priority list and I got this from a personal connect.

Next week I have an interview with my 1st priority company (but that is interview 1st round).

Is it okay to first accept an offer and then say no & not join?
