How is the work culture of Wells Fargo ?

Has anyone left to Deloitte Life Sciences that can speak to culture? From experience at other Big 4 firms culture can really fluctuate from group to group - was wondering if anyone had insights here

People in cognizant consulting or ex-employees, how is the culture? It is a good place to switch?

I am a corporate recruiter in tech, and often get asked about what steps / processes the company has in place for equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

As a tech company and a startup, to be honest we do not look great on any of those fronts at the moment… and to be even more honest, is not the main priority for exec in our current phase.

Any ideas of how to phrase this / explain to candidates without (a) lying about EDI culture or (2) seeming negative in my response?
