I heard many people resigned recently. Is it true?

Currently working at Citi (C10). Would be completing 18months by Feb'23.

1-Can I directly apply for IJP 2-3 week's prior or do I need to serve notice in my current project?
2- Also can I apply directly for C12 level if required YOE is matching?
3- Within IJP can I apply for outside India?
4- What would be ideal appraisal % I can expect considering team size is small and best performer in my current project.

Join birlasoft one month back, but didn't get any project yet. Till now gave two client round perform well in both but afterwards didn't get any kind of response from RMG. RMG people are also not too interactive, they hardly respond to the pings.

Hi I am a Data Engineer. I work in Azure and knows only Sql, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory and PySpark basic. I have Y.O.E 1.5 years & current CTC 4.5 lpa. I worked in ingestion layer. I want to switch my job as I am not getting good project opportunities anymore. So with these skills how much CTC can I ask for or expect during my job switch?
