How is the work life balance at AFS like for SAP projects?

I am a SC in Canada and work on GPS projects. Any chance I will be able to get a similar role in US (preferably outside of Deloitte)? Want to try a different country but still want to focus on GPS. Any thoughts?

I have cleared all rounds In 2 companies let's say x and y. When I asked them about releasing offer letter. X company told that your LWD is far away, so we will send you the offer letter 3-4 days before your LWD and y company told we will release offer letter 15 days before your LWD. Is anyone else also facing same situation when you are serving notice period.

I have been waiting to join Deloitte with H1B transfer. Received RFE early march and waiting for BAL to send response. It has been almost 2 months and getting really anxious.
Irrespective of the result of rfe, atleast the filing should be done. I have also not received any response on reminder emails sent last week. Is this very common ?,

Hello all. Still very new to SAP S/4HANA. In a course for SAP FICA and using a training account with the HDS GUI. Currently and I'm stuck creating a document as I keep getting 'G/L account 121001 is relevant for tax; please check tax code'. I check 121001 and tax category states all tax types allowed. Not sure what to do here. Can someone please help.

I've been at Capgemini for only 3 months as a Senior Consultant but I've been reached out by a recruiter from Accenture for a position that is similar what I'm currently in (SAP BRIM). I always felt that Accenture has a better grasp in the SAP industry and would actually have better opportunities for growth. I haven't really felt that Capgemini was the best move for me so far for this (outside of the money which was the primary reason why I jumped to them). Should I reach out for an interview?

Why does SAP consulting get such a bad rep? How can it be that much different than Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, etc. implementations?
