YoE:4.3 years
Tech stack: NodeJs developer

Second offer from ITC Infotech of 19LPA fixed + 1 lacs variable for similar role.

Please help me choose. What are the pros and cons? For long term, which is better? Inhand salary comparison?

My boss just gave their notice (3rd boss in 2 months) and told me to get a new job based on “mud within the executive level” of the organization (~5 years, 2 rebrands, etc). Looking at the recession expected to hit Canada in early 2023, I feel stuck; hiring is slow everywhere but jumping ship now means I’ll be the “last in the door” at most places. How would you navigate this? The decision will be made either way, but ideally I could move into something better.
