Hi Fish Fam, does anyone have experience with therapy that could give me some insight? I’ve used therapy before and it seemed like the psychologist just wanted to talk me through how to better think through things. While this is helpful, after about 4 or 5 sessions they don’t see a reason to continue sessions. I thought you see therapists for months? I don’t understand how it’s supposed to work, but this has happened twice now

My offer letter was pending for VP approval and suddenly there was a position freeze until May 3rd week as Oracle was acquiring another company. Hi Fishes, I joined Optum on 21st September. On induction day, we were told that the sep salary will be credited along with October month's salary by oct month end.
