How is Variable pay and yearly hike ? When do we get it ?

I just can’t sleep before the night of travel because I get hit hard by anxiety. Breathing exercises do not work either. Any tips or suggestions that can calm me down prior to travel so I can sleep?

I seriously think that gun to his head my client could not tell the difference between any of the Asian people in the office that he works with on a regular basis. I'm Japanese and Indonesian, two guys are Pacific Islanders and one guy is Filipino and yet he calls us all each other's names. Can't decide if he's doing it intentionally just to be a d*ck or if he seriously can't determine the differences between us because we all fall into the "tan Asian" category for him. Hi All, looking for your suggestions, please. I'm working in Australia as a TA Partner. In my current company, they offered a yearly hike of 4% for all employees who is in the particular slab amount. But I'm not happy with the rise because I'm supporting as a recruiting sys admin and involved in the project works along with my BAU. How should I approach for asking a pay raise? Is it a good time to ask as I got the 4% last week?

At what point is it realistic to ask for $$ to pay ourselves as founders (who will quit their job?) and how much is appropriate?
