Hi everyone! Anyone in PwC’s Value Creation able to help and discuss qualifications required? I’m looking for a role in which I can use my Ops and manufacturing background for topics such as supply chain, cost reduction, performance improvement and Six Sigma to help increase value. I’m looking at the experienced associate level - could anyone refer if there is a match and or need? Also, is this Advisory or Strategy&? Thank you all! PwC

I hit 32% utilization in 2022. It was worse in 2021. I showed myself out the door. They were upset that I left. I’m like I could do this as a 2nd job, call me when you need me. I’m gonna go find some work. I did sell some projects and I’m like a 250% markup when I am staffed.I spent most of 2021 traveling personally. I’ll lose my skillset sitting around.

I would not want to be missing utilization targets in this environment
Current: 90%
Goal: 85%
Taking 2 weeks off and will still end up above my goal before EOY
I am underutilized 😬. New to firm (Aug hire) and was on the bench little over a month and have been at 120-150% since but still haven't caught up.
Current attainment: 104%
Goal: 81%
I’d do whatever to stay staffed and maintain above average utilization.
No, but would be interested if they’re hiring.
As a manager I can say a lot goes into this. Sure high utilization is great however lots of clients aren’t trying to kick off a project right before the holidays but the firm might have plans to staff you on a project kicking off early next year. If your utilization is low this month I wouldn’t fret. If your utilization has been low since July, I might be a bit nervous.
