How likely is it to get a freelance spot if a talent manger at a recruiting company hired by the agency submits your name?

I sobbed Monday night when I realized there’s no way out of the financial rat race without compromising all aspects of health. Working hard isn’t enough. Shortcuts do not exist (no matter WHAT anyone tells you). Our companies will replace us in a month if we leave / die unexpectedly. And working 40+ hrs a week means spending a majority of walking hrs w/ coworkers. I keep deleting / rewriting this wanting it to be wrong but maybe I’ve been hiding from this truth all along.
