Have a final partner round case interview at OW in the Life Sciences team, Europe for the SC role. Haven't been able to practise casing due to intense projects. Anyone has any recommendations on what should I focus on as the interview is in a week. So far my conversations with the Partners have been about the fit and the OW vision in Europe and this will be the first case with them. I am super motivated to join the growing team, so dont want to .... up the final round. Oliver Wyman

Thank you so much. Feel free to have your friend DM me here. For some reason, I could not message you privately.
From what I've heard, the process can drag out for a couple of months in some cases. It's worth it, though. I'm not sure how much weight a referral has but it's always better to err on the side of getting that resume seen.
I didn’t have a referral for this but I’d say after applying I heard back after about a week or 2 to phone screen. Took about 2 months of interviewing to hear back about a supervising associate position at EY (not consulting but like an analyst type role). I turned them down for GS. Was i stupid for that? Guess we’ll see lol
Senior analyst, 80k. EY offered me a supervising associate analyst role and the hm told me directly there was no growth in the role and that I would just have to apply internally to move up and it would be kinda hard w the supervising associate “grade” level. They offered me 70k. Ultimate goal is to be an HR consultant
Following as I’m pretty curious about this too
