Ambassadors are good. You can send you travel dates and location and they summarize all the options in the city and how many points, plus anytime you need to make a change they usually answer in 1 day

It’s taking a bit longer for them to connect you with an ambassador right now. I got an email that it will take longer due to the merger (merging nights together means lots of people hit it at the same time)
