Conduent HR is ghosting even after sending a salary break up. When I finally got hold of her she told me to send the counter offer through mail. She is not responding to my mails when I'm nearing lwd, very unprofessional behaviour from Conduent. It would depend on the extent of the complaint. Investigations need to happen and usually legal is involved - especially if a termination or severe write up needs to happen. I’d give them a little bit of time to get that all done.
You can definitely inquire as to next steps. I try to give an update at least once a week when I handle investigations.
This is new ground for many people. Hope things get easier for you and you should wait at least a week I think.

It usually takes a couple of weeks or even months. Depends on the nature and complexity of your complaint. I hope things turn out in your favor.
