What loans? I got a full ride lol

like

Graduated with 20k in loans and was able to pay it off within the year

100k in loans, almost done paying after 5 years

80k worth of loans, completely paid off after 4 years

That's impressive!

I'm still trying to pay off my 50k after two years

20k, just under 3yrs

7 years, but I took a pricey year off which slowed things down.

Longer than I'd like to admit. 10 years, give or take? The interest rate was really low so it wasn't a huge priority to pay it down quickly.

Probably about 4 years. Maybe 5. Something like that.

I think around eight years-ish. We were paying off my wife's student loans too so it took a bit of time for us. We got there, though!

Any Bridge Engineers/Structural Engineers in here? I got my PE this year and have 5 YOE in TX + an MS. What sort of raise would you expect for receiving your PE working in a consulting firm? I am EOR on a number of structures in development, I manage EITs and Drafters (within projects; I'm not a supervisor), and am doing a lot in general. I'm at 78k currently, which is apparently still in the upper range of EIT salaries per a job posting in CO. I'm thinking of 15% (5% merit, 10% PE). Any ideas?
