Depends in process and project availability. I was in bench for 1 month only

How long are you on bench ?

Yeah joining bonus will be given.

Also from what I have understood, your resume is already shared with all the managers in the b.u so if a requirement comes they will onboard.
They seem to be really particular with the client requirement and billability so they would rather staff you on the correct role.
I maybe wrong

I'm assuming that every week on the bench drops utilization by ~2%. Am I correct in this assumption?

Been on the bench for some weeks. Sure I'm helping with proposals, but I'm also able to work on my NPO, study for my GRE for B-School in 2018 and hang with the wife. Being anxious = waste of time.

Last day to roll off, my watch has ended. 🤘🏻

ACN fish (or any experience consulting fish): what's the process of getting rolled off a client engagement 3 months early. Am on a staff aug and it's terrible. I've flagged to leadership in the past that the role doesn't align with my skills but nothing changed. I would rather quit than stay here if they don't get me off but it's so unclear if that's even an option. Any advice?

For context: I'm an experienced hire and been here a little longer than 9 months so don't know the rules yet

Is okay to text someone about a project they’ve rolled off on if you have a question. Also federal if it matters

First project off the bench. And it’s the first week. I can already tell that I am way too underqualified for the role. I’m a business mind, and this is an extremely technical project and something I’m not interested in. Project happens to be 7 months. Don’t think I can actually execute on the project. Should I speak up while it’s still early ? Is it possible to ask to be benched again and wait for the right opportunity ?

What is the normal bench (or beach) % supposed to be? 10%, 15%,......?

I know this is gonna sound dumb but if I'm reading an article at work while on the bench, or watching a video, is it monitored?

I want to quit n work for my audit client. Do I just ask to roll off and explain why? I can't interview till I'm off it but don't want to get pped pissed since I need support from him for the new role

Two days left on this project (done EOM). Stoked for some bench time with the SO, gym, and family. Happy Friday everybody!

Can Anyone refer me for US Individual Tax. Currently am with Vialto partners (previously PwC) with 6 Y.O.E. please DM for Resume etc.

So I have been feeling a bit of mental fatigue / emotionally drained lately. I was planning on going away for a week to the Caribbean solo. Just to have some clarity and a mental break. But then I think, I should use that money to pay my CC Bill. Idk.
