How long do people generally stay at EY?

Im a system engineer with 11.3 ctc and 4.5 yoe.
Im not satisfied coz i have to do night shift and its a support role.
I want to change my domain and move to Automation testing, will that be a good move in terms of learning and compensation?

Crowd sourcing my dilemma: joining a very successful 4 yrs old start-up for an executive level role (short term increase in comp is 200%) vs staying 2 more years at B4 with very high possibility of partner promotion?

Need advice pls . Been working in call center customer service for the past 15 years , since 2007. I work remotely .I really do love it . It’s convenient when you have young children. The transition has been struggling for me — longer having a confidante to gut check my crazy ideas with and having to take on the creative writing as well, a task I’m slow at. but I want to work in (Full Stack) Java development I have learned spring boot, angular, rest API, AWS CI/CD pipeline and I have good knowledge of core java, collections.

Will it be a good decision to directly get a job as an experienced candidate by telling I have experience in Java(2 years)

or

I shouldn't lie about my prior experience with SAP BASIS.
