Citi - SVP Salary Expectations for Tech / Controls
Looking at some SVP roles for technology / controls in the Southwest region. Glassdoor indicates $185-240k as range base comp, and target of $185-205k for average base. Is that accurate?
Glassdoor also targets $40k for variable comp. average. Is that accurate?

I believe phase one will begin June 1st as long as the numbers look good. This will indeed not be the same Chicago summer we all were looking forward too. I was really looking forward to Chicago summer.
I think it will be a mixture of things. I don’t think we will have the Chicago summmer we dreamed of where things are back to normal, but I think restrictions will be gradually lifted and small gatherings will be ok. I see small at home gatherings early summer but bars to full capacity won’t happen till late fall.. at the earliest
I hope people riot if it lasts through Chicago summer. One step away from tyranny...
They already rioted and ruined many black and white small businesses. You are an absolute idiot.

If I keep alive, there will always be another summer to enjoy.
I think with places in the south opening up again, they’re gonna kind of have no choice but to start slowing phasing places open because people will start to get pretty frustrated and disregard the rules / flee to places that are open.
It could be pretty detrimental to a lot of Chicago businesses if they don’t
With the extension of the SAH, it gives cover to see how the southern states re-opening works out. If there is a spike, hold off on reopening. If it’s peachy down there, start opening maybe a bit more rapidly than their pace.
I predict we’ll have a decent, but short and distanced, summer, and then we’ll be right back to staying at home for the fall/winter. We just never seem to learn from history.
Look at Germany... covid infection rate increased after the lockdown ease
I see it going until July or August :(
I feel like we have to start opening up in June. July or August is way too late noones gonna listen

End of year
It will be 1.5 years until we have a fast tracked treatment that can actually deal with this virus. But my estimate for a vaccine is 2-3 years
