If you are starting as an Audit Associate some time from now with Deloitte or any of the big 4, do they expect you to have passed/completed all 4 parts by the time you start? Received the Becker Reimbursement email from the recruiter not too long ago but have yet to start. I’ve seen plenty of people get to Senior at a big 4 firm without the CPA so I am a bit confused in that aspect. Any helpful feedback will be very much appreciated.

I feel like ~7 months or less is always a question on a resume, I’ve heard amazing explanations though so it’s not impossible to overcome for the right opportunity. I think you can usually round like ~8/9+ months to 1 year and then you’re in the clear
1-2 years if you looking to jump without a promo.
Getting promoted is always good look. So I recommend staying long enough for one promotion. You don’t have to do it every time you move obviously.
Go for it, just make sure you stay for atleast 2-3 years in your next company
2-3 years seems like the sweet spot.
Anything longer than 8 months
