How long do you wait to follow up if you haven’t heard anything after a final round & they said they were pushing for EOW? It’s been 3 days

I had a final 3rd managerial round in Cerner for Software Engineer IV position. I was told that it should be project discussion, but it was not so good. Is there any chances to hold/ reject my profile?

My parents are looking to sell their property in China. American citizens. Any insight on the foreign income element of this for US based tax returns and corresponding tax implications? I believe the banks in China will report the proceeds to the US government.

In one interview today with Kundyl. Their expectation is to be available oncall 24*7... With work from office. They literally got offended and stared at me for asking about WLB... Seems companies are not learning, even after the great resignations.. the big names... Like TCS, ibm.. are not doing any changes to their work culture and ethics to improve WLB.

How hard is it to get a tech cofounder? I want to change the way the world lends when crypto is used as collateral. MVP involves building out api end points, building a portal and decision engine. No front end apps or web portals. I have a deck and have had meaningful conversations with money but it’s too expensive to buy everything from scratch to get started. Perhaps an outside team commercializing and scaling a prototype will be much more economical. Feedback?

My family has a 115 year old agency. I've been working there for 15 years as a work from home processor. The agency hasn't been managed and things are in dire straights. They lost their office manager 10 years ago, Commercial CSR 5 years ago, Personal Lines CSR 3 years ago, and an agent 3 years ago (all to retirement) and roles were never replaced. It's a mess. They are asking me if I'd like to take it over. I'm so burnt out from the workload and low pay. Is it worth it to try and save it?
