I got through all the rounds of interviews (including 2 technical panels) at CrowdStrike before being assured that I was nearing the end of the process and was expected to receive an offer soon… almost two weeks ago now? Anyone else experienced this kind of delay from CS or similarly sized organizations? Did I get ghosted? Anything more I should be doing?

I think you need to be at the company at least a year to establish your reputation and prove your abilities before looking to move in a new role.
At one company, I was a Snr UX Designer, but wanted to move into Product Management. At around 9 months I started hinting to my boss that I wanted to make the move. We discussed a plan and around my 1 yr anniversary I made the shift.
The two weeks you give your current employer , they won’t wait to lay you off, don’t miss any opportunity to make more money. The good thing about corporations is they don’t have feelings 🤓

6 mo-1 year depending on how well your performance is and when performance reviews are in accordance to your hiring date
