How long does Cognizant takes to release offer letter after salary discussion?

Its been 1 week but i got no mail other than "HR round completed, offer letter will be released based on eligibility checks n hiring approvals etc other bgc guidelines " mail.

Any Colorado-based agencies or production companies hiring?

Is 60k a good salary for a Graphic Designer based in LA with 4 years of experience?

I switched two years ago from regional real estate/energy to a local small, but established residential real estate practice. While I’ve gained so much practical experience and run my own book here, I want to shift to a non-traditional remote role in real estate but keep getting turned down. I have strong credentials but I’m worried this small firm experience is killing my marketability to large companies.

Director making $225K plus bonus but don't enjoy the firm I am at. How easy is it to jump to another firm or industry for similar or slightly higher salary? Anyone have referrals?

Last week I have done with 2nd technical round (after 1st technical) with capgemini followed by HR discussion on same day and HR discussed about salary and notice period everything asked me to keep all documents ready. .. But it's been 1 week still didn't get any call or email from CG for documents requiment Or confirmation. HR saying that its still under approval.. What does it mean?

Since starting at this company in January 2022, they’ve increased my base pay from 75k to 85k. Moved me in a desirable territory to maximize sales. allowed me to speak and train reps for what has been working. Given me the freedom to work strategies that work for me.

I absolutely love this company so far. I know my worth is higher than 85k base but sheesh. The way they value me and treat their employees right. Maybe it’s worth the lesser pay?
