How long does CTS take to roll out offer after CDF 2 and HR Discussion?

I recently got hike in my current organisation from 5 to 7.5 lpa ctc and in that month itself deloitte is offering me 10.5 fixed 1.5-2 lacs variable on my new ctc. Which is 40 % hike.

What do you think ? I did asked for 60% hike. HR is not listening. I don’t have any other offers as of now.

Is it normal to have your work regularly edited by senior/partner before going out to the client? I’m very junior (barred as of Dec 2019), so I imagine it’s somewhat expected, but it’s hard not to feel like a failure! Others feel the same?
