How long does it take for cognizant to release an offer letter after an HR discussion? I had it on Tuesday but still no mail.

The worst creative I’ve ever worked with was just hired by W+K. Never made any decent work. Didn’t care about the work. We got awesome briefs creatives dream of and they wouldn’t lift a finger, putting extra work on the rest of the team. They mostly went unnoticed in the agency except by the people on their immediate teams who hated working with them. When we found out they were leaving, everyone assumed they got fired. So how does this person wind up at W+K?
