I have a question for my fellow PI paralegals in Texas. TPCIGA requires that we submit all medical bills through the clients insurance before proceeding further. The client in question has Aetna. I sent the bills with a cover letter to Aetna via certified mail. I am having so much trouble getting a status on said claim. Does anyone here have experience with that and can assist me? Any help or guidance is appreciated.

Hi ladies,
My manager is putting me up for promotion to senior level. I asked about what that means for compensation, he didn’t have an absolute answer but just said base salary will increase more than regular pay raise (hm.. okay it’s expected) but stock options won’t change. I have talked to a male senior peer before and learned that he makes about 20K more than me on base + almost double in equity. How would you suggest I utilize this information?

Hey all - couple question for anyone working at PwC who has been successful in filing their green card under the EB1-C category. How long did you have to wait to get the process started and did you need to get any approvals? I am currently on an L-1A visa and was told by the immigration team that they wouldn’t start the process until I have been with the US firm for 12 months and typically they would start the process 3.5 years prior to the max visa date. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a valid I797 till September 2022 but my I-94 is about to expire in Sep 2021 and i have travelled internationally last year and i see the I-94 printed on my old passport in line with my VISA stamp as Sep 2021. Would i be out of status in September 2021 and how can i avoid it? I have reached out to the local CBP office and they mentioned it is in line with my VISA/Passport Expiry.

I just went to each of the 'careers' pages.. Updated resume to match the requirements on each posting. Called out on resume that I need immigration sponsorship. Had a cover letter for each posting.
Before that I spent money on getting a professional resume from Monster. Highly recommended. Good luck all.
