Hello Fishes - My i140 is approved with old employer who no longer exist. My existing employer is now trying to file my new i140 with old priority date. Will there be any issue in getting i40 approved with existing employer?

Currently at IBM where they are looking to start my green card process. Got an offer from D, and they will do my green card after a year.

Current H1B is valid till September 2024. With regards to timeline, is there anything I should consider or should I stick to IBM and get it done now?

I-140 approved more than 180 days ago. Have one year left to 6th cap for h1b. If I change job now, can my new employer use my current employer’s I 140 to extend another 3 year (over the 6th cap)? Green Card via employer - Should I bring up previous unauthorized work?

Hi folks, my employer is kicking off my green card process. I am currently in the beginning, filling out employment questionnaires, and working in the paperwork necessary to initiate the petition.

However, during my F-1 years, I engaged in unauthorized work for a small advertising agency.

Is it a requirement to bring up that period within the forms, or should I omit to facilitate the process and to avoid any surprises?

Current h1b stamp expires Jan 6th 2020 and have an approved petition for the next 3 yrs. Have limited time to get my stamping in December. Can I still reenter without new stamp before the 6th?
